General Manager - Administration

Experience: 18 to 25 Years

Leadership Experience: 8 to 10 Years in managing large teams

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead overall Administration, Industrial Relations (IR), Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Facilities and Statutory Compliance for a leading manufacturing organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee complete plant administration, infrastructure, utilities, transportation, facility management and vendor contracts.
• Manage security operations, access control, CCTV surveillance, contractor entry, workforce verification and material movement.
• Lead Industrial Relations, union negotiations, grievance resolution, wage settlements and labour-management relations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, factory regulations, environmental requirements and statutory obligations.
• Drive EHS initiatives, risk assessments, safety audits, emergency drills, incident investigations and workplace safety standards.
• Manage canteen operations, housekeeping, transport, maintenance contracts and other employee welfare facilities.
• Lead ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems, environmental compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams, including administration, security, housekeeping, EHS and contract labour supervisors.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Education: MBA (HR/IR), MSW, MHRM, MLS or PG qualification in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.

• Experience: 18 to 25 years in Administration, IR, EHS, Facility Management and Compliance.

• Must to have Exp into Green Filed Project

• Strong knowledge of labour laws, Gujarat Factory Rules, contract labour regulations, PF, ESIC, POSH, GPCB requirements and other applicable statutory provisions.

• Proven experience in union management, contractor negotiations, statutory inspections and liaison with government authorities.

• Experience managing large teams of Employees across multiple functions.

• Strong understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, HIRA and occupational health and safety practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, statutory compliance portals and project management tools.

• Excellent Gujarati and Hindi communication skills, with good command of English.
