General Manager - AI Authoring

For our client, we are seeking a General Manager - AI Authoring to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on shaping strategy, driving execution, and owning measurable business outcomes for a customer-facing software offering. The leader will partner closely with product, sales, and operations teams to scale the business, strengthen enterprise relationships, and ensure the solution continues to deliver value in a fast-moving market. This role also requires the ability to represent the organization externally, build a high-performing team, and maintain strong accountability for growth and customer satisfaction.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $300,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the long-term vision and go-to-market strategy for the company's authoring solution.
• Act as an executive sponsor on high-stakes deals to ensure customer success.
• Communicate product vision and value; present at industry conferences as a product evangelist.
• Attract, hire, and retain a high-performing team while establishing scalable processes.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to prioritize features and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Drive accountability across operational metrics including revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-time enterprise software leadership in Life Sciences, BioPharma, or Regulatory Tech.
• Proven track record as a dedicated P&L / Business Unit Leader scaling B2B SaaS solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in closing and expanding strategic enterprise deals.
• Exceptional prioritization skills focused on quantifiable business outcomes.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
