General Manager & Assistant General Manager – Fine Dining

General Manager Assistant General Manager

This is a large-scale venue, high-volume fine-dining operation with a strong focus on hospitality, exceptional service, team culture, and long-term growth.

General Manager

The General Manager will play a major role in the overall success of the restaurant, leading the team, driving performance, and creating a culture built around excellence, hospitality, and accountability.

We are looking for someone who has successfully led an upscale, fine-dining, up-scale or high-volume restaurant environment, ideally with $2.5M+ in annual sales.

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a large front-of-house team
• Build a positive, professional, and high-performing culture
• Develop managers and future leaders
• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Maintain exceptional fine-dining service standards
• Manage scheduling, labor, payroll, inventory, and operating expenses
• Review sales, costs, and overall restaurant performance
• Help drive revenue and profitability
• Work closely with ownership and culinary leadership
• Oversee guest experience, reservations, and service execution
• Create strong systems and procedures for long-term success
• Lead by example and set the standard for hospitality

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience
• General Manager or senior leadership experience preferred
• Fine-dining, upscale dining experience strongly preferred
• Experience with high-volume restaurant operations
• Experience managing approximately $2.5M+ in annual sales
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials and P&L
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A genuine passion for hospitality and team development

Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager and ownership to help lead daily operations and create an outstanding experience for both guests and employees.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced restaurant manager who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a larger leadership role.

What You'll Do

• Support the GM with daily operations
• Lead the floor during busy services
• Coach, train, and motivate FOH employees
• Help with hiring, scheduling, and team development
• Maintain high service and hospitality standards
• Assist with guest relations and service recovery
• Support labor and cost management
• Lead pre-shift meetings
• Help maintain organization, cleanliness, and presentation
• Assist with inventory and administrative responsibilities
• Step into greater leadership responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of restaurant management experience
• Fine-dining, upscale dining, or steakhouse experience preferred
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong leadership presence
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and composed during busy services
• Strong hospitality mindset
• Desire to grow and advance within restaurant leadership

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
