We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Manager and Manager Trainees to join our team! Captain D's in Charlotte, Hickory, Gastonia areas is in search of people-oriented professionals who are willing to learn about our business from the ground up. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable quick food dining experience. The Restaurant General Manager is passionate about providing Guests with the best experience possible. Must be committed to contributing to the collaborative spirit of the team, be energized by the opportunity to learn, grow and explore your career potential.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Manage, motivates and train staff, including assistant.
• Accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling cost, achieving operations standards, leading teams and developing future leaders.
• Loves those they lead through behavior, actions and decisions each day.
• Ability to thrive in a challenging environment and multitask.
