General Manager - Automotive

• Lead and manage the overall business, with full accountability for company's P&L, business planning, financial performance and achievement of business objectives
• Lead sales and business development activities to achieve revenue, volume and profitability targets, while developing key customers and strategic relationships
• Oversee the after-sales and operational functions to ensure service quality, operational efficiency and profitability
• Act as the key liaison with the overseas business partners and maintain strong relationships with key customers and other strategic stakeholders to support business and operational objectives
• Ensure high standards of workplace safety and health, regulatory compliance and operational risk management
• Undertake other strategic initiatives and responsibilities as assigned by the Management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related discipline
• Min. 10 years of relevant automotive or operation experience is preferred, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of heavy vehicles system and automotive operations
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
