Responsible for managing the overall brewery operations, production, quality, people, costs, compliance and business performance. The role requires strong experience in brewing operations and leadership of cross-functional teams.

• Manage end-to-end brewery operations and production planning.
• Oversee brewing, fermentation, maturation, filtration and packaging activities.
• Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to brewing standards.
• Manage production targets, yield, wastage and cost controls.
• Lead and develop brewing, production, quality and maintenance teams.
• Monitor raw-material planning, inventory and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with Excise, FSSAI, safety, environmental and statutory requirements.
• Implement SOPs, quality systems and process improvements.
• Manage budgets, MIS, CAPEX and operational expenses.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and other departments.
• Drive productivity, efficiency and profitability of the brewery.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and maximum equipment uptime.
• Handle audits, regulatory inspections and corrective actions.

Preferred Experience:
1225 years in brewery/beer manufacturing, with significant experience managing brewery operations. Current brewery postings commonly emphasize production leadership, quality control, equipment management, SOPs and statutory compliance.
