We're looking for a General Manager for a Hotel & Pub. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Admiral Table, Bridgewater and lead the team to success!

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded operator to take the helm of this established hotel and hospitality business. Ideally, you'll have a proven track record of growing sales, increasing hotel room occupancy, and driving profitability across multiple revenue streams.

The site features a welcoming hotel bar and dining area centred around an attractive central bar, creating a vibrant atmosphere for both local visitors and overnight guests. With estimated weekly gross sales of £13,000 and a balanced sales mix of 30% wet, 40% food and 30% rooms, this is a well-rounded business with multiple opportunities to grow revenue.
