General Manager – Building Construction

Key Responsibilities:
-Overall responsibility for project planning, execution, and team management
-Oversee civil, MEP, and finishing works
-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors
-Ensure compliance with quality standards, project timelines, and budgets
-Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and managers
-Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and schedules

Minimum 20+ years of experience in high-rise or commercial building construction
Worked with reputed construction companies on large-scale projects
Strong leadership, decision-making, and contract management skills
