General Manager (Civil )

Overseeing all operations in construction projects,He should ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality control. Key tasks include coordinating teams, managing contracts, and liaising with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement construction projects plans, budgets, and timelines
• Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders, including senior management
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project outcomes and team performance

Requirements:

• At least 20 years of experience in construction management
• Proven experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience in budgeting and financial management
• Familiarity with construction laws and regulations

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
