We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Power Equipment, Tractor Sales and Rental Manager that desires a new professional challenge and to be valued as an employee both in compensation and while at work. Position Summary / Responsibilities

The Manager will report directly to the supportive and involved business Owner and will be provided the latitude to use their talents to lead employees and make decisions in the best interest of the business. You will work with your teammates in sales and service to ensure a safe and efficient workplace where customer service and satisfaction are the priority. All members of our team are expected to model and promote our Customer First mindset, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and meaningful.

Qualifications

Experience with Outdoor Power Equipment, Plows, and Trailers. Experience with Bobcat branded equipment is preferred.

Job Type / Schedule

Full-time / 40 Hours per week Monday – Friday, with occasional scheduled Saturdays Compensation

$85,000/Year (Salary and Commission/Bonus Schedule)
