Key Responsibilities:
Lead new market entry (site selection, land acquisition, setup)
Drive project feasibility, planning, and partnerships
Manage cross-border stakeholders and regulatory alignment
Support long-term infrastructure expansion strategy
Key Requirements:
10+ years in Data center/construction/related expansion
Experience in hyperscale DC or large infra projects
Strong exposure to international markets
Familiarity with FIDIC contracts preferred
