Job Overview

As General Manager, you will report directly to the group's management team and be fully responsible for developing and executing the overall business strategy of our Malaysian subsidiary. Your core mission is to drive rapid growth in the areas of AI, technology, and renewable energy, achieving business objectives and expanding market share. This is not just a management position, but an entrepreneurial role that involves building from scratch and expanding from one to many.

Core Responsibilities

1. Business Development and Growth: Lead the development of new markets, new customers, and new businesses. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and local government agencies to create sustainable business growth opportunities.

2. Overall Profit and Loss Management: Responsible for the overall profit and loss of the Malaysian business, strictly controlling costs, optimizing resource allocation, and achieving significant revenue growth (e.g., doubling revenue within a set period).

3. Team Building and Leadership: Build and lead the local business team, cultivate a high-performance culture, and motivate the team to achieve outstanding performance goals.

4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: As the core interface for the Malaysian business, work closely with the group headquarters' technology, product, human resources, and finance departments to ensure that the local business aligns with the company's global strategy.

Job Requirements

1. Language Skills: Fluent in speaking Chinese and English, able to use them as working languages for fluent business communication, negotiation, and written reporting.

2. Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in business administration, computer science, or related fields.

3. Working Background: Candidates from IT/Tech/AI-related industries and familiar with AI+ applications will be highly preferred.

4. Core Qualities: Strong resilience and ability to work under pressure, leading a team steadily forward in a rapidly changing and challenging environment. Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and highly self-motivated. Professional Background: A stable and upwardly mobile career path with experience in key business or general management positions in medium-to-large-sized enterprises or rapidly growing technology companies. Preference will be given to candidates with successful experience in developing new markets or business lines from scratch.
