Job Qualifications:

The position of General Manager is responsible and accountable for the overall management of assigned Baker’s Burgers personnel and facility operations. The General Manager is expected to make independent, well-informed decisions with limited supervision and provide leadership that drives sales growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team member development. This position is entrusted with protecting the Baker’s brand, assets, and reputation while maintaining the highest standards of guest service and food safety.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service. Nothing is more important than being courteous, friendly, helpful, and prompt in the attention given to guests.
  • Lead the overall operation and performance of an assigned restaurant.
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Serve as the primary decision-maker for operational and guest-related issues within the restaurant.
  • Oversee cash control, inventory management, invoice processing, equipment maintenance, and operational compliance.
  • Maintain a facility that meets all food safety, health, and workplace safety standards.
  • Identify, develop, and prepare future leaders for advancement opportunities.
  • Maintain and renew required Food Safety certifications.
  • Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Exposure to noise, including use of headset devices to interact with guests and team members.
