General Manager

Ambas Electric & Automation (AEA), part of the Ambas Group of Companies based in Lipa City, Batangas, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead overall operations, growth, and profitability of the company across our electrical, instrumentation, and automation business serving power plants and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and direction for operations, sales, engineering, and administration.

• Develop and execute business strategies, annual plans, and budgets to achieve growth and profitability targets.

• Oversee project delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, principals, and regulators.

• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff.

• Monitor financial performance, P&L, and operational KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA an advantage.

• At least 8-10 years of managerial/leadership experience, with a proven track record running a business unit or company.

• Strong background in the electrical, automation, industrial, construction, or energy sectors.

• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, financial, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience in power plant, water, or mining industries is a big plus.

• Willing to be based in Lipa City, Batangas and travel to client sites as needed.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
