Fieldwork Corte Madera
Located in Town Center Corte Madera, this taproom is more than a place to grab a pint—it’s a full-service experience. With a kitchen turning out Neapolitan and Detroit-style pizzas, fresh salads, and plenty of shareable bites, Corte Madera combines a robust food program with our ever-rotating lineup of Fieldwork beers and non-alcoholic options. The result is a bustling taproom that blends craft beer culture with a dynamic dining atmosphere, making it a true neighborhood gathering place and one of the most exciting operations in our portfolio.

The Role

You’ll run day-to-day operations, elevate service standards, and develop a strong team culture—while keeping an eye on labor, inventory, and guest satisfaction.

Ideal background:

• 2+ years managing a high-volume F&B business ($3–5M annual revenue)
• People-first leader who coaches, motivates, and holds teams accountable
• Comfortable juggling daily ops with systems/SOP improvements

What You’ll Do

• Lead floor operations and set the pace for great service
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members
• Train, coach, and performance-manage staff to clear standards
• Maintain cleanliness, service consistency, and total guest satisfaction
• Schedule smart, manage labor targets, and keep accurate inventories
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and tip tracking
• Collaborate on building/redesigning SOPs for efficiency
• Ensure compliance with ABC, health, and safety regulations

What You Bring

• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Knowledge of draft systems & basic maintenance (preferred)
• Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Adaptability in the face of adversity
• 21+ with valid CA Driver’s License and clean record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active on your feet
• Strong cash-handling/math skills
• COVID-19 vaccination record required
• Working knowledge of health/sanitation and ABC laws
