General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational performance of the organization. The role ensures the effective management of all business functions, including operations, finance, human resources, sales, and administration. The General Manager is accountable for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, ensuring financial sustainability, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational policies. The position requires strong leadership capabilities, sound business judgment, and the ability to translate corporate strategy into actionable operational plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the organization's strategic plans and business objectives.
• Translate corporate strategy into operational goals and actionable initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and operational improvement.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Monitor market trends, economic developments, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensure operational excellence across all departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Monitor financial performance, revenue generation, and profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 5 7 years Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. Master s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification is preferred. Minimum of 10 15 years of progressive management experience. At least 5 7 years in a senior leadership or executive management role.
