What you'll be doing?

• Strategic Planning: Define the company's vision and strategic plan, set targets, and analyze market trends to ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Quality Management: Oversee operations, ensure ISO compliance, enforce quality systems, and drive continuous improvement to meet safety and performance standards.
• Financial Oversight: Approve budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures to ensure the company's financial health.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a senior management team, develop talent, and foster a culture of quality and compliance.
• Supply Chain Management: Ensure a stable supply of compliant materials, manage supplier relationships, and mitigate supply risks.
• Sales and Customer Relations: Manage key accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain strong partnerships.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulations and manage risks to protect the company's reputation and operations.
• External Relations: Represent the company to stakeholders, manage public image, and lead important negotiations and projects.

Who are they looking for?

• Leadership Experience: At least 8 years in senior management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of electronics manufacturing and quality systems.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, with an MBA preferred.
• Skills: Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
