Spearheaded regional growth and profitability with full P&L ownership .
Expanded logistics network across Eastern India through strategic
planning and execution.
Designed and implemented regional business goals aligned with corporate vision.
Ensured compliance with SOPs across all branches and streamlined operations.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Responsible for complete P&L of cluster.
Take care of sales, operations, branch administration ,outstanding ,unbilled ,vendor management.
Job Requirements :
- 15-25 years of experience in Logistics industry with expertise in general management & Cluster head.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Proven track record in developing effective sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
