General Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Planning – Develop and implement long-term business strategies and growth plans.
• Company Growth – Explore investments, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
• Operations Management – Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency.
• Team Leadership – Lead, hire, train, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Performance & Reporting – Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Financial Management – Handle budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial planning.
• Compliance & Legal – Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Risk Management – Identify and mitigate business, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Customer & Vendor Relations – Foster strong relationships for service excellence and reliable supply.
• Business Development – Drive new opportunities, market expansion, and client partnerships.
• Product & Market Insight – Stay informed on tech trends, market shifts, and competitor activity

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Master/Degree in Management/Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role

• Strong understanding of core business functions (HR, accounts, marketing, etc.)

• Skilled in strategic planning and business development

• Experience in fundraising is an added advantage

• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics

• Familiar with IT systems, business infrastructure, and MS Office

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Strong interpersonal and public speaking abilities

• Solid decision-making and problem-solving aptitude
