General Manager

Blocktec Trading is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead and optimize the whole team at the Marikina office base.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including setting schedules, enforcing compliance, and optimizing productivity
• Create, manage, and adhere to budgets to increase profitability
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth and market competitiveness
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff, including lower-level managers
• Ensure high service standards and resolve customer disputes efficiently
• Present progress reports to owners, directors, or executive leadership

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
• Strong team building, motivational, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in interpreting financial data and performance metrics
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
