We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our operations at CHILLI LIME (HK) LIMITED in Tseung Kwan O, Sai Kung District. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of our hospitality establishment. As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from front-of-house guest experiences to back-of-house operations, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of service and profitability. This role is pivotal in shaping the success and reputation of our venue within the competitive hospitality and tourism sector.

Key responsibilities

• Overseeing all daily operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and housekeeping standards
• Leading, recruiting, training and motivating staff across all departments to ensure exceptional guest service
• Managing budgets, financial performance and profitability targets whilst controlling costs effectively
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures that align with company standards and local regulations
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, hygiene and licensing requirements
• Managing guest relations and resolving complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Overseeing inventory management, procurement and vendor relationships
• Planning and executing marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth
• Maintaining facilities and coordinating maintenance and renovation projects
• Reporting on key performance indicators and business metrics to senior management
• Building and maintaining relationships with local tourism boards and hospitality partners

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, ideally in a full-service hotel, resort or restaurant setting
• International experience prefererd
• Proven track record of successfully managing P&L, budgets and achieving revenue targets
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent knowledge of hospitality operations, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest services
• Fluency in English , Hindi and Urdu
• Proficiency with hospitality management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of local Hong Kong regulations, licensing requirements and tourism trends
• Certification in Hotel Management or equivalent hospitality qualifications is preferred
• Experience in a similar market or geographic location is advantageous
