About the role

As General Manager at Wonderlab, you will lead the overall business and operational performance, developing and executing business strategies to drive growth. You will own revenue, profitability, P&L, and business targets while building, coaching, and inspiring high-performing teams to create an exceptional customer experience.

• Develop strong collaboration across Operations, HR, Marketing, Finance, and other functions

• Ensure safety, quality, compliance, and service standards are always on point

About you

• 5–8+ years of management experience
• Strong leadership and commercial acumen
• Ability to turn numbers into business decisions
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, KPI, and business targets
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Strong problem solver and decision maker
• Customer-obsessed and business-minded
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in Family Entertainment, Hospitality, Retail, F&B, Leisure, or similar industries is a strong plus
