General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop system test validation engineering team in India based on global validation strategy.
• Collaborate with global system test validation management and contribute to overall team success
• Collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1s and suppliers
• Establish and maintain effective collaboration with global and cross-functional counterparts
• Ensure clear, structured communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Motivate engineers to identify, implement, and sustain continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
• Ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient project delivery
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards, safety, and quality processes. Contribute to ASPICE and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in engineering or related discipline
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience, including team leadership or project leadership
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive embedded systems and Testing, preferably ADAS
• Solid understanding of Vehicle level Validation as well ass SIL/HIL testing
• Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, NCAP, homologation and safety/quality processes.
• Experience working with OEMs/Tier-1 suppliers. Understanding of automotive lifecycle and V-model.
• Proven people management, coaching, and leadership skills
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities
• Process-driven mindset with a focus on execution and results
