General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall business operations across retail stores and online channels to ensure smooth and efficient performance

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and market expansion

• Manage merchandising, product assortment, pricing, and inventory to maximize revenue and minimize stock issues

• Lead, coach, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

• Monitor financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, and cost control

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making

• Report to BOD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail or fashion industry, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role

• Strong understanding of fashion retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and visual presentation

• Proven track record in driving sales growth, profitability, and brand development

• Solid leadership and people management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations)

• Experience in both offline (store) and online (e-commerce, marketplace, live commerce) retail channels

• Strong knowledge of consumer behavior and current fashion trends

• Good communication in English or Chinese would be advantage
