Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee daily operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and improve operational efficiency.
• Supervise staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to cultivate a high-performing team.
• Maintain effective communication with staff, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth store functioning.
• Manage visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements at all times.

Requirements

• Proven management experience in hospitality or a related field with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams across diverse roles.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Administrative experience including staff scheduling, reporting, and inventory control.
• Outstanding phone etiquette and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
