• Pay Ranges from $83,000 to $93,000 (DOE) / Year (Based off of a 50-55 hour work week)

Responsibilities:

• • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and food quality control.
• • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
• • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
• • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• • Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee morale.
• • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business plans.

Qualifications:

• • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards.
• • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• • Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks.
• • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations.
• • Familiarity with Toast POS system is preferred.
• • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
