- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new service offerings and enhance client retention.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of security personnel, supervisors, and managers.
- Develop training programs to ensure staff are well-prepared, professional, and aligned with company standards.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and safety among the team.
- Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and controlling costs.
- Analyze financial reports, operational data, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Ensure company compliance with local, state, and federal security regulations.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks and enhance overall security effectiveness.
- Manage and respond to incidents, ensuring all situations are resolved efficiently and reported as required.
