BIN KHALID GROUP is a leading Fish meal Manufacturer and Exporter. We are seeking a highly skilled Factory General Manager to manage and oversee the factory’s complete administrative and production operations.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in strategic planning and operational management, particularly within an industrial setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee factory operations, daily production, maintenance of plant and machineries.
- Coordinate and supervise procurement, inventory management, transport, vehicle fleet maintenance and logistics to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and industrial regulations while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
- Manage on-site presence full-time to directly oversee day-to-day activities and promptly address any operational issues.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
