General Manager

Shanta Quant Technologies is looking for a motivated and responsible Manager Fresher to support daily business operations, coordinate with team members, monitor tasks, and help ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks and activities with team members.
• Assign and follow up on tasks as instructed by management.
• Monitor project progress and report updates.
• Assist in conducting team meetings.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate between different teams and departments.
• Help resolve basic operational and team-related issues.
• Support recruitment and employee coordination activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Communicate regularly with management and team members.

Required Skills
