Full Job Description Lakeway + Bee Cave | Full-Time | $85,000–$95,000 Winston’s is looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to oversee both our Lakeway and Bee Cave (Hill Country Galleria) locations. This is a senior operational role for someone who can take full ownership of the day-to-day business, lead our teams, maintain the Winston’s experience, and keep both locations running efficiently and profitably.

The right person is equally comfortable leading a team, jumping behind the counter during a rush, reviewing labor numbers, solving an operational issue, and making sure every guest walks into a Winston’s that feels welcoming, organized and well-run.

What You’ll Own

• Full day-to-day operations across both Winston’s locations
• Hiring, training, scheduling and management of all store employees
• Coaching and development of shift leads and key team members
• Labor management, including scheduling to sales and controlling overtime
• Inventory, ordering, vendor relationships and waste management
• Food quality, consistency and presentation
• Guest experience and resolution of customer issues
• Opening, closing, cash handling and operational procedures
• Health, safety and cleanliness standards
• Maintenance coordination and ensuring equipment issues are handled quickly
• Reviewing weekly sales, labor, COGS and other key operating metrics
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve profitability
• Supporting events, community partnerships and local initiatives
• Creating consistency between Lakeway and Bee Cave while maintaining the personality of each location
• Serving as the primary point person for day-to-day operational decisions

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of restaurant, café or hospitality management experience
• Multi-unit management experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing teams, schedules, labor and inventory
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials and operating metrics
• Confident, calm and solutions-oriented leadership style
• High standards without creating unnecessary complexity
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions
• Willing to be hands-on and present in both locations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, people and building a great team culture

What Success Looks Like You know what is happening at both locations without the owners needing to manage the details. The stores are staffed appropriately, employees know what is expected of them, labor and food costs are controlled, operational issues are handled quickly, guests receive a consistently great experience, and the business runs smoothly whether ownership is onsite or not.

Compensation $85,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience Additional opportunity for a performance-based bonus tied to agreed-upon operational and financial goals.

Full-time leadership role overseeing both Winston’s Lakeway and Bee Cave locations.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
