• Cultivate strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional communication and phone etiquette.
• Monitor sales performance metrics regularly, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet business goals.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Supervise hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to foster professional growth and high performance.

Experience

• Proven management experience in retail or a related customer-focused environment with a track record of supervising teams effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and cultivate a positive work culture.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in sales management, merchandising, and organizational planning.
• Prior experience in retail management or similar roles involving team management and administrative responsibilities.
