GENERAL MANAGER

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the solar company.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Lead and manage sales, technical, installation, customer service, and administrative teams.
• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with corporate and individual clients.
• Supervise the marketing and sales of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related energy solutions.
• Monitor solar installation projects to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets and monitor company expenses.
• Set sales and operational targets and monitor team performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and industry standards.
• Review operational and financial reports and provide regular updates to company management.
• Resolve customer complaints and operational challenges promptly.
• Negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and key business partners when required.
• Ensure proper inventory management of solar equipment and materials.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff to improve productivity and performance.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
