Job Description

We’re looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the opening of an exciting new specialty coffee concept in the heart of Knightsbridge.

Bringing a taste of Dubai to London, the concept will combine premium specialty coffee with grab-and-go and relaxed seated service, creating a vibrant, modern hospitality experience.

As General Manager, you’ll take ownership of the pre-opening and launch, recruit and develop a high-performing team, drive sales and profitability, and ensure exceptional standards across coffee, food, service and guest experience.

We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded hospitality leader with experience in specialty coffee, premium café, fast casual or lifestyle hospitality. New opening experience is preferred but not essential!

This is more than a General Manager position — it is an opportunity to become a key part of a brand-new concept entering the London market.
