Required Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry.

• Experience managing financial performance, labor, and inventory controls.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

General managers are responsible for managing the operations and staff of Wendys restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. Ensures objectives are reached in all areas while following all Company guidelines. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices. Provides leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew. Interview, hire, train and orientate a team.
