The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dealership operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. ## **Responsibilities**

- Oversee daily operations of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
- Develop and implement business strategies to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and ensure cost-effective operations.

## **Requirements**

- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive industry.
