General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall business operations and coordinate with department heads.
• Monitor Manufacturing, HR, and Sales departments.
• Ensure smooth coordination of production, manpower, materials, inventory, and dispatch.
• Review departmental performance, MIS, KPIs, and reports.
• Improve systems, SOPs, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Manage vendors, procurement, inventory, and operational requirements.
• Conduct review meetings and ensure timely execution of action plans.
• Resolve day-to-day operational and interdepartmental issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with senior management on performance and improvement plans.
• Take responsibility for overall productivity, coordination, and execution.
• 10 + years of experience in FMCG.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
