Salary: $28 per hour+ Based on Experience

Schedule: 8–10 Hour Shifts | Weekends & Holidays as Needed

With alcohol sales, an in-house kitchen, and a booming delivery business, this is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives on leadership, accountability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across the store, kitchen, and delivery services
• Hire, train, and lead a team of 10+ employees
• Oversee alcohol compliance, vendor relationships, inventory control, and pricing
• Build loyalty through our VIP Customer Program with white-glove service
• Partner with delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates) to maximize online sales
• Foster a motivated team environment focused on efficiency and service
• Monitor financials, accounts payable, and weekly reporting with ownership
• Ensure compliance with all operational and safety standards

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of retail management, including 2+ years supervising teams
• Experience in convenience, liquor store, or high-volume retail environments
• Strong knowledge of regulations and inventory systems
• Results-driven, analytical, and calm under pressure
• Clear, confident communicator—written and verbal
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
