As we continue to grow, we are excited to establish a new Rotorua Branch, representing several exciting new-car franchises and creating a significant opportunity for an experienced and motivated General Manager to join our team and lead the business.

This is a newly created senior leadership position, responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of the Rotorua Branch. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in building the branch, developing our people and delivering strong financial and franchise results.

The Opportunity

As General Manager, you will lead the Rotorua Branch across all areas of the business and work closely with the Dealer Principal and wider Leadership Team.

You will:

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Take ownership of the branch's financial, operational and franchise performance.
• Develop and implement the branch business plan.
• Build strong relationships with customers, franchise representatives, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Ensure Nicholson Autos' processes and franchise standards are consistently achieved.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, efficiency and business growth.
• Lead a strong health and safety culture.
• Represent Nicholson Autos within the local community.
• Report branch performance and opportunities to the Leadership Team.
