Job Summary

Brand Bar is seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused General Manager to lead our boutique team. This role is responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring the overall success of store operations.

The ideal candidate is a passionate leader who loves fashion, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is committed to creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Create a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and growth.

Drive store sales through exceptional customer experience, clienteling, and community engagement.

Recruit, train, and retain top talent.

Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation.

Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to maximize results.

Ensure operational standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed.

Partner with ownership to execute marketing initiatives, events, and growth opportunities.

Maintain a luxury-level shopping environment and uphold Brand Bar’s brand standards.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Passion for fashion, styling, and customer relationships.

Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
