Job Summary

As General Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of Vice Gym operations — from membership growth and sales performance to team leadership and facility excellence.
You’ll set the tone for the culture, build a results-driven team, and create an atmosphere that pushes people to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth, fitness revenue, and retail sales to exceed monthly goals
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team built on accountability and shared success
• Create an unmatched member experience focused on community, motivation, and results
• Oversee daily club operations, maintenance, and cleanliness
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize profitability
• Lead community outreach to strengthen the Vice brand and attract new members
• Develop retention strategies and member engagement programs

Qualifications

Required:

• 3–5 years of management experience in fitness, hospitality, or a performance-driven industry
• Proven track record of leading teams, meeting sales goals, and improving operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills
• CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

Preferred:

• Experience managing boutique or premium gyms
• Active involvement in the local fitness community
