Full Job Description

Black+Blue Toronto is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication, organization, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service.
• Lead, train, and motivate front- and back-of-house teams.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and team performance.
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and operating costs.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and company standards are followed.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Support business growth and maintain a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or General Manager experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused and team-oriented.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule

Full-time restaurant management schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $19.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33.0 per week
