General Manager

About the role

We invite dedicated and experienced hospitality professionals to join and lead our team in delivering the highest standard of service and guest experience at Royal Darmo Hotel Yogyakarta.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Sales, HR, Finance) to ensure operational efficiency and maintain quality standards
• Formulate and execute annual business plans, operating budgets, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue
• Foster a positive workplace culture, lead staff training, and evaluate team performance regularly
• Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and professionally handle escalated complaints
• Ensure all hotel operations comply with local laws, regulations, occupational safety, and hygiene standards

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or senior leadership position in a star-rated hotel
• Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and result-oriented drive
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English
• In-depth understanding of hotel financial analysis (P&L), revenue management strategies, and international operational standards
