General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's business strategy to achieve financial targets, market expansion, and operational excellence.
• Operations Management: Oversee all construction projects from pre-planning to closeout, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and engineering specifications.
• Financial Oversight: Manage P&L, annual budgeting, cash flow forecasting, resource allocation, and cost-control measures across all projects and departments.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, OSHA/safety regulations, labor laws, environmental guidelines, and company policies.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage project managers, estimators, site superintendents, and administrative staff; foster a high-performance, safety-first culture.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Business Development: Participate in bidding processes, contract negotiations, proposal reviews, and securing new commercial, residential, or infrastructure contracts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a management role, with a proven track record of P&L management and team leadership.
