My client is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead a specialized life sciences organization through its next chapter. You’ll connect people, manufacturing, quality, R&D, and financial performance while preserving the rigor and technical excellence essential to a regulated business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day business and operational performance
• Oversee manufacturing, quality, technical/R&D, budgets, and resources
• Maintain ISO 13485/QMS compliance and audit readiness
• Establish metrics and drive disciplined continuous improvement
• Develop teams while progressively assuming Founder responsibilities

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Leadership background in life sciences or another highly regulated industry
• Experience in an ISO13485 environment
• Manufacturing/technical operations and financial management capabilities
• Stable leadership history with sound judgment and a hands-on approach
