General Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our New and developing Children's Entertainment Venue with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily Operations, drive sales growth, and foster a vibrant team environment. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of venue operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance overall Venue performance
• Recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team of employees to deliver outstanding service and meet company standards
• Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and organizational skills
• Monitor financial performance through sales analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and administrative procedures

Experience

• Proven management experience in leisure and entertainment or a related field with supervising responsibilities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams effectively
• Excellent communication skills are highly valued
• Demonstrated success in venue management in the leisure industry and entertainment industry.
• Experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory control
• Exceptional organizational skills with effective time management capabilities
• Previous experience in team management roles involving supervising staff across various departments

This role is 40 Hours a week

Pay: £45,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
