General Manager

About the role

Dexon Training Center is looking for a visionary and decisive General Manager who is passionate about driving organizational growth. This role will take full ownership of the training institute's overall management — from strategic planning and team leadership to business expansion and the development of new courses and services — to build sustainable growth for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual and long-term business strategies to expand the training institute's market share
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer training needs to identify new business opportunities
• Present business plans, budgets, and performance results directly to the CEO of Dexon Group
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the institute to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage the business unit's budget, costs, and profitability (full P&L responsibility)
• Ensure course quality and training standards meet established targets
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and marketing channels to expand the corporate and individual client base
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government/private organizations, and business partners
• Lead, motivate, and develop the capabilities of internal staff
• Report performance results, challenges, and action plans directly and regularly to the CEO of Dexon Group

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
• 8-12 years of senior management experience, ideally within the training, education, or service industry
• Direct experience managing P&L or a business unit at an organizational level
• Thai national
• Native-level fluency in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning ability
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and business networking ability
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Bold, decisive, and accountable for business outcomes
