NoName Hospitality Group is one of Cape Town's leading independent hospitality groups, operating a portfolio of premium restaurants, bars, and lifestyle venues. We are passionate about exceptional hospitality, outstanding food and beverage experiences, and developing industry-leading teams.

We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to take full ownership of one of our venues. This is not simply a restaurant management position, it is a business leadership role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, delivering memorable guest experiences, and achieving strong financial results.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading every aspect of the restaurant's daily operation.
• Building, mentoring, and holding your management team accountable for results.
• Driving revenue growth while maintaining profitability through effective cost control.
• Managing labour, food cost, beverage cost, stock control, and overall financial performance.
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining world-class service standards.
• Ensuring compliance with company operating procedures, food safety standards, and health & safety legislation.
• Recruiting, training, coaching, and developing future leaders.
• Managing budgets, forecasts, reporting, and business performance.
• Working closely with the Operations Team to continuously improve systems, standards, and profitability.
• Creating a culture of ownership, accountability, professionalism, and excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a General Manager within a high-volume restaurant or premium hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and consistently deliver financial and operational results.
• Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of labour management, GP, stock control, budgets, and P&L accountability.
• Exceptional leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
• A hands-on leader who is visible on the floor and leads by example.
• A passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
