General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall business operations with a focus on revenue generation and profitability
• Take full ownership of P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet short- and long-term targets
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams for Singapore's market growth
• Optimize operational efficiency while maintaining compliance and service standards
• Mentor and develop the management team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Report directly to the CEO, driving initiatives with startup-level agility and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role, ideally within payments, fintech, or financial services
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and optimize operations in dynamic or startup environments
• Comfortable operating in a startup environment with strategic ownership over market growth
• Preferred: MBA qualification
