What you’ll do:

• Take ownership of the agency’s financial performance, including revenue, profit margins, and operational efficiency
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue from existing clients and secure new business
• Manage client relationships at a senior level, ensuring delivery on expectations and maintaining high satisfaction
• Oversee campaign production from ideation through to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on brief, on time, and within budget
• Lead and mentor the internal team and offshore support, fostering a strong, high-performing culture
• Expand and maintain the creator network, ensuring high-quality content and fair partner payments
• Prepare regular reports for the Board, outlining financials and operational updates
• Collaborate with finance, legal and shared services teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance

What we’re looking for:

• At least five years’ experience leading an agency or team within the social media, influencer marketing, or digital content space
• Demonstrable success in managing P&L and achieving revenue targets in a service-driven environment
• Skilled in managing senior client relationships and stakeholder expectations
• Proven leadership of small teams, including remote or contracted staff
• Solid understanding of social content production, influencer dynamics, and platform-specific ad formats (TikTok and Meta preferred)
• Strong business judgment, with the ability to evaluate scope, pricing, and contractual risks
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a founder-led culture
• A calm, decisive, and authentic leadership style, with a proactive approach
• Financial literacy and a keen eye for detail
