WE ARE HIRING | GENERAL MANAGER

A company operating in the construction and electromechanical contracting sector is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its operations, drive business growth, and achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall business operations, departments, and projects.
• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans.
• Manage budgets, costs, cash flow, and profitability.
• Drive business development and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Lead and develop teams and report performance to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably Engineering or Business Administration.
• Proven leadership experience in construction or electromechanical contracting, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of project management, contracts, tendering, and financial and commercial operations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
